Delete your account

Account and data deletion requests

You can request deletion of your PawXercise account and associated personal data without deleting the app from your device.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to yaminmuhammad.dev@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject PawXercise account deletion request.
3. Send the request from the email address linked to your PawXercise account.
4. If you use Google Sign-In, include the email address used for that account.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account before processing the request. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account profile and authentication-linked information.
• Pet profile, game progress, quests, and preferences.
• Activity history, step records, hydration entries, and route data stored by PawXercise.
• Voice interaction data stored by PawXercise, where applicable.
• Leaderboard and community profile information associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

Google Play, Apple, or RevenueCat may retain purchase and transaction records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes under their own retention policies. Limited security records may also be retained where required to protect the service. These records are not used to restore your PawXercise profile.
