Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PawXercise collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the PawXercise mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers. You can use some features anonymously or without registering an account.
- Activity and health information: step counts, walking or running sessions, route data when you enable location for a session, and step data read from supported health platforms.
- Pet and game information: pet profile details, game progress, quests, hydration entries, exercise history, and leaderboard information when you choose to participate.
- Voice information: microphone audio and related voice interaction data when you use Bibo voice features. Voice processing is used to provide the requested conversation or recap.
- Purchase information: subscription and entitlement status. Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple and we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Technical information: app version, platform, device information, and information needed to keep the app secure and reliable.
How we use information
- To provide PawXercise features and sync your progress.
- To save your pet, activity, and game state.
- To provide voice features and enforce usage limits.
- To manage subscriptions and premium access.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
Services we use
PawXercise uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Sign-In when you choose it, RevenueCat and Google Play for subscription management, and Google Gemini through our server-side voice features. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own policies.
Location, health, and microphone permissions
Location is used to record a walking or running route only after you grant permission and start a session. Step or health data is used for activity tracking and pet progression. Microphone access is used only when you start a voice interaction. You can revoke these permissions in your device settings, although related features may stop working.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the service providers described above only when needed to operate the app, process purchases, provide voice features, or protect the service.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and synced progress data while it is needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your PawXercise account and associated personal data by emailing yaminmuhammad.dev@gmail.com. We will delete the requested data unless retention is required by law or needed for legitimate security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Children
PawXercise is not directed to children under the minimum age required by the laws where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PawXercise changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
